Holcim does not collect personal data via the website https://www.holcim.pl, and any information received via this website is sent individually by users via e-mail.
The website user may send messages electronically to the e-mail addresses provided on the website https://www.holcim.pl. Each such message includes the sender's email address and any additional information the sender wishes to include in the message.
The monitoring techniques used on the website are intended to improve the user experience and understanding of navigation. Users have the right to access, delete, or amend the personal data collected in this way. The personal data collected is solely for the use of Holcim and its affiliates. Holcim does not share users' personal data with third parties unless the user explicitly requests it. Holcim deletes users' IP addresses six months after the last visit to the website.

We will make all reasonable efforts to delete children's information from our files. Each time you visit the website https://www.holcim.pl a tag is created (cookie) session. Tags allow us to store information about your visit to our website (pages visited, date and time of your visit, etc.) on your computer's hard drive. This information can be used the next time you visit our website. Such a tag (cookie) remains on the user's computer for 30 minutes. The "Shareholder Registration" services are registered with the C.N.I.L. under number 1266566; and the information collected on candidates for the Consultative Committee of Individual Shareholders is registered under number 1266574. When using the Holcim website, the user is obliged to respect the provisions of the French law of 6 January 1978 "Information, Information and Liberties" (n°78-17). Anyone who violates this law will be subject to criminal penalties.
In accordance with the provisions of French law n°78-17 "Informatique, fichiers et libertés", the user has the right to access, rectify or delete any information that mentions his name.
